Payment Security
All payments are processed through Safaricom M-Pesa, Paystack, or Co-op Bank. The Royal Pets does not store card numbers or M-Pesa PINs. Payment credentials in our system are encrypted using AES-256-GCM.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your shopping cart active between page visits. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Data Retention
Order records are retained for up to 7 years as required by Kenyan tax law. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us directly.
