1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or using the The Royal Pets website (app.theroyalpets.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products and Pricing
All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Prices displayed at the time of your order will be honoured.
3. Orders and Payment
An order is confirmed once payment is received. We accept M-Pesa (STK Push), Visa/Mastercard via Paystack, Co-op Bank, and cash on delivery. For COD orders, payment is due at the time of delivery.
4. Delivery
We deliver nationwide across Kenya. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Free delivery applies on orders above KSh 3,000. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

6. Limitation of Liability
The Royal Pets is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Kenyan court system.
