Kyron Kaligel Potassium Supplement from Kyron Laboratories is a potassium supplement designed for dogs and cats, especially those with hypokalaemia related to chronic kidney disease or other conditions that deplete potassium levels. The gel formulation is easy to administer, making daily supplementation simple for pet owners and can be administered with dry dog kibble or wet dog food. Potassium gluconate is the active ingredient in KaliGel, this essential mineral supports healthy muscle contractions, nerve function, and heart activity, and helps maintain fluid balance. Kyron Laboratories notes that potassium gluconate basically is well tolerated and absorbed in cats, making it a preferred form of supplementation. Restoring normal potassium levels can improve a pet’s strength, appetite, and wellbeing, and support chronic kidney disease management.
