Yes, for locally sourced items that are readily available at our physical shop. However, for items that are collected directly from stockists and suppliers, urgent shipping is unavailable. Urgent shipping is done through 3rd party courier services at the total expense of the client.

Deliveries outside Nairobi are made using Third-Party Courier services.

All orders are Processed and availability confirmed working 24 working hours or less. Orders are dispatched and delivered within 24 working hours or less. Within 48 hours or less you should have your items, though delays may occur due to unavoidable circumstances from time to time but the same shall be communicated in advance. Our shortest Delivery period has been as little as 2 hours.

Shipping to East-African Countries is done through 3rd Party Courier Service of the clients choice, shipping is done at the clients cost.
