What Shipping Methods Are Available?

For all orders within & around Nairobi, we offer Same-Day Delivery by way of our company dispatch Team. For orders within the Territories of Kenya, we use available courier providers as agreed upon by individual clients. For orders in Eastern & Central Africa, we use Popular bus courier services and air couriers.
For all other areas not directly accessible by road, we use the reputable international shipping agents  as agreed on case-to case basis.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

All orders within Nairobi are delivered on the same-day. The quickest processing time, to delivery stands at a record 2 hours for Nairobi. Orders outside Nairobi, but within Kenya are delivered within 24 hours of purchase.

For items, or live animals, that have to be shipped in from outside Kenya, we usually require a lead time of 15-21 days after payment is made.

How Do I Track My Order?

At the moment, all orders are tracked by way of phone-call, or email for local orders. For international shipments, order tracking is provided for by the respective shipping agents as applicable.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

Yes. To facilitate efficient dispatch and delivery of each order, we will need as much information from you as possible. This creates the need for an account. You only need to do this once. Your information will always be safe with us and not accessible to third parties.
