Kissing Gourami Albino Fish

Appearance:

• Elongated, oval-shaped body reaching up to 12 inches (30 cm) in length
• Pearlescent white body with a faint pink or blue sheen
• Transparent fins with a vibrant pink coloration
• Large, upturned mouth with prominent lips, hence the name “kissing gourami”
• Rounded caudal fin

Behavior:

• Generally peaceful but can be territorial towards other large fish.
• Active swimmers, exploring all levels of the tank.
• Surface air breathers, using labyrinth organs to breathe air from the surface.
• Omnivorous, feeding on a varied diet of flakes, pellets, live food, and vegetables.

Care requirements:

• Established freshwater aquarium (minimum 55 gallons)
• Stable water parameters:
  • Temperature: 75-82°F (24-28°C)
  • pH: 6.5-7.5
  • Hardness: Soft to moderately hard water
• High water quality with good filtration and regular water changes
• Spacious tank with plenty of swimming space and hiding places
